<p data-sourcepos="3:1-3:118">Untuk mendapatkan jaminan operasi ganti sendi lutut dari BPJS Kesehatan, peserta harus memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut:</p>

<li data-sourcepos="5:1-5:37">Memiliki kartu BPJS Kesehatan aktif</li>
<li data-sourcepos="6:1-6:72">Memiliki surat rujukan dari fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP)</li>
<li data-sourcepos="7:1-7:134">Memiliki diagnosis medis penyakit sendi lutut yang dibuktikan dengan hasil pemeriksaan penunjang, seperti rontgen, MRI, atau CT scan</li>
<li data-sourcepos="8:1-9:0">Memiliki persetujuan dari keluarga atau wali bagi peserta yang belum dewasa</li>
</ul>
<p data-sourcepos="10:1-10:180">Peserta yang memenuhi syarat-syarat tersebut dapat mengajukan permohonan rawat inap dan operasi ke fasilitas kesehatan tingkat lanjut (FKTL) yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan.</p>
<p data-sourcepos="12:1-12:77">Biaya operasi ganti sendi lutut yang ditanggung oleh BPJS Kesehatan meliputi:</p>
<ul data-sourcepos="14:1-19:0">
<li data-sourcepos="14:1-14:15">Biaya operasi</li>
<li data-sourcepos="15:1-15:16">Biaya anestesi</li>
<li data-sourcepos="16:1-16:24">Biaya kamar rawat inap</li>

<p data-sourcepos="22:1-22:96">Berikut adalah langkah-langkah untuk mengajukan operasi ganti sendi lutut dengan BPJS Kesehatan:</p>
